14 Jan Christmas Pups
Well my 15 year old son, Jude, is no fun to take pictures anymore. I don’t mean this in a bad way–just saying my teenager always gives me a hard time because his mama wants a picture of him–if you have teenagers, you know what I mean :0).
So I decided to take pics of another cute subject…my doggies!
On Christmas morning I was beaming with excitement and all smiles as I looked out my window to see fresh snow. It was a white Christmas! I quickly grabbed my camera and ran out to my backyard with my doggies–two miniature schnauzers, Rocket and Harley, and a toy poodle, Peanut. As expected, they followed me out to the backyard and played in the snow. Peanut wasted no time in digging right in. Harley and Rocket were just a bit hesitant but quickly joined Peanut in play.
After freezing our butts off, (well maybe just me), we went inside and I dried off and dusted the clumps of snow stuck to their paws. I plopped them one-by-one in front of my Christmas tree for a picture. Let me tell you, for every 10 shots I got at least 2-3 good ones. I’m glad I have a tripod and plenty of doggie toys to grab their attention.
Check them out below.
